"I had bought a new 2012 airstream from another dealer out of state. After returning to Arizona I encountered several warranty items that needed repaired. Since Dillons RV is a authorized airstream service center, I took it there for the repairs. I have nothing but good things to say about how I was taken care of. From Judy making the requests to Airstream, Shane keeping me informed as to the status of my trailer, and Nick who did most of the repair work, all of my requests were taken care of. Although it did take a little while to get everything done, mostly due to waiting for authorization and parts, I was always kept informed as to what was going on. "Dillon's did an excellent job of riveting our truck cap for us. Recently, one of the hydraulic lifts broke loose. We returned to Dillon's for them to have a look at it and he took the time to immediately rivet that lift back to the cap for us at that time. No charge. We were very impressed with the quality of service at Dillon's and would recommend them to our friends. "

"We've taken our Arctic Fox travel trailer in to the service dept. twice for regular maintenance [wheel bearings, brake and tire check] and have been treated very well. The previous owners of our trailer had used Dillon's for their service work, and they highly recommended that we do the same. We're certainly glad we did. Andy, the Service Manager and Nick, the RV technician are very helpful with answering all our questions and they make you feel like your RV is very important to them. The service dep't here is a great example of what good old quality customer service is all about and we would highly recommend that anyone trust their RV to Andy and Nick at Dillon's. "Betty and I are extremely happy with Denny & Brian in your sales Dept. They were very knowledgeable about the product and very professional in their demeanor. "Hi Richard, I recently brought my motor home into your place of business. Our Monaco motor home would make a screaming noise as my wife and I drove down the road. It was driving us nuts and we couldn't find out where it was coming from. It was like trying to find a ghost. We had other service companies try to find it, but would give up. When I talked to Andy on the phone, he assured me that they could find the problem. When we came in Andy was very professional and assigned Nick to find the problem. They were very professional and went right to work. After much trial and error and putting both of their expertise together, they found the problem. My wife and I are so happy that I thought you should know what kind of people you have working for you. My wife and I have owned a business and know how hard it is to find good help these days. "A new RVr, I recently purchased a 1976 classic Silver Streak. New to RV and Coaches, I'd like to see more detail on paper on what the diagnosed and what costs are to replace, especially with an older model coach, it's was unclear with your service group if I should replace or not bother considering parts that may or may not be available. You all seem to know your business, maybe just more time with the customer, and a clearer message. Thanks for your help Andy I just may continue my business there."

" When we got to Mesa we had broken dump valves that was supposed to have been fixed in Mi. We contacted your service dept. and got us in right away and fixed the problem. "We just returned from our 3-day "shake down cruise" of our new 139 Fun FinderX. We went to the White Mountains and the trailer worked Perfectly! No Problems. It towed easily behind my pickup-the wind didn't bother it. And my gas mileage increased 50% over the previous trailer. One morning it was 28 degrees and the furnace kept us nice and warm. We slept better then we do at home! (we bought a 1.5 inch foam mattress pad) We also bought an extra propane tank and 6-gal water container but didn't use either. We'd recommend a "139" to anyone! Have them call us.
